Looks like all the yearly increases are close to the inflation rate. Our neighbourhood is changing from post WW2 small homes (on lots of about 60' by 150') to large 4500 sq ft mansions (we are over 50% now with 3-4 being torn down and rebuilt every year). These new homes have property tax rates more than double us.
